What are your opening hours?
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our customer service team is available during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 17:00
Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00
Messages received outside of these hours will be responded to as soon as possible when our team is available.
How long does delivery take?
For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact the DS Techwave customer support team with your order number. We will investigate and update you as quickly as possible.
I’m not happy with my item — can I return it?
Yes. DS Techwave offers a 14-day hassle-free return period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before returning the item so we can advise you on the correct return process.
Does my product come with a warranty?
Yes. All eligible products include a 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair the item or provide a replacement if a repair is not possible.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly. Our team can also assist with product setup if required.
What do your product grades mean?
All DS Techwave products are fully tested and graded to reflect their cosmetic condition. Functionality is not affected by grading.
New – Sealed Box
Brand new, unopened, and unused products supplied in original sealed packaging. These items include a full manufacturer’s warranty.
A Grade
Products in “as new” condition with no visible marks or scratches unless otherwise stated. Supplied boxed with all accessories included.
B Grade
Items in excellent condition that may show very minor cosmetic marks or faint signs of handling. Fully functional and supplied with accessories.
C Grade
Fully functional products with visible signs of use or minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches. Any defects will be clearly shown in the product images. These items offer excellent value.
