What Are Graded Products?
Graded products are items that can no longer be sold as new by high street retailers. These include end-of-line or discounted products, items with damaged or replacement packaging, surplus stock, and customer returns within 28 days.
At DS Techwave, every product is thoroughly tested by our Grade A–certified technicians. Items are professionally processed, repackaged, and prepared for sale, with each one passing a comprehensive quality control inspection before being offered to customers.
In most cases, products are supplied in their original packaging and are in “as new” condition. The items we sell are not used. Where original packaging is unavailable, secure replacement packaging is provided to ensure products are fully protected during transit.
All products sold by DS Techwave include a 1-Year Warranty (unless otherwise stated) and a 30-day money-back guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind and reflecting our confidence in the quality of every item we sell.
Refurbishment Grades Explained
Each product listing includes a Condition / Grade rating, which is reflected in the price. Below is a guide to our grading system:
New – Sealed Box
Brand new, unopened, and untouched products supplied in original sealed packaging. These items include a full manufacturer’s warranty.
A Grade
Products in “as new” condition with no visible marks or scratches unless otherwise stated. Supplied boxed with all original accessories included.
Serial numbers may vary.
B Grade
Items in excellent condition that may show very minor signs of handling or light cosmetic marks. Fully functional and supplied with accessories.
Serial numbers may vary.
C Grade
Fully functional products showing visible signs of use or minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches. Any defects will be clearly shown in the product image gallery. These items offer exceptional value and are available in our Clearance section.
Serial Numbers
In some cases, manufacturers may remove or alter serial numbers to void the original manufacturer’s warranty. This does not affect the product’s functionality or performance. For this reason, DS Techwave provides a 1-Year Warranty on all eligible products.
